In addition to event operations, Mel supports commercial growth by overseeing key client relationships and introducing suitable group services across SEO, PR, and commercial cleaning. Her approach focuses on long-term working relationships and positioning Pearl Lemon as a dependable, multi-service events partner.

Payal directs end-to-end event operations across the Canadian portfolio. She converts client objectives into structured execution plans aligned with budgets, stakeholder expectations, and contractual milestones. Her remit includes venue sourcing and negotiation, supplier procurement, cost control, production scheduling, compliance documentation, and risk mitigation. For corporate clients operating across provinces, she ensures liability insurance, food safety certifications, health and safety standards, and municipal permits are secured well ahead of event day.
