Planned backwards from your agenda
Send us the session grid and we work out where the pressure lands. Registration, mid-morning break, lunch and the afternoon slump each need a different serve rate, and that decides the number of baristas and machines rather than a package tier.

Multi-day congresses
The same team returns each day, so by day two they know your delegates' orders and the floor works faster. Consumables are restocked overnight rather than mid-break.
Venue coordination
We deal with the venue directly on power, pitch, access times and waste, and supply insurance certificates, allergen information and method statements to whoever your venue requires them from. If you also need help planning the full conference production, including staging, AV and logistics, our sister events team handles conference production end to end.
