Planned backwards from your agenda
Send us the session grid and we work out where the pressure lands. Registration, mid-morning break, lunch and the afternoon slump each need a different serve rate, and that decides the number of baristas and machines rather than a package tier.

Multi-day congresses
The same team returns each day, so by day two they know your delegates' orders and the floor works faster. Consumables are restocked overnight rather than mid-break.
Venue coordination
We deal with the venue directly on power, pitch, access times and waste, and supply insurance certificates, allergen information and method statements to whoever your venue requires them from.
Commercials
Staffed conference service starts at £1,200 excluding VAT, staff at £28 per hour on a four-hour minimum, with a costed proposal back within 48 hours of your brief. European conferences start from €2,500 per event plus travel.
