What arrives
A self-contained cart, commercial espresso machine and grinder, speciality beans, milks including oat, almond, soy and coconut, cups and sundries, and a trained barista. We need a standard socket per machine, a level pitch of about two metres by one, and a set-up window before your people arrive.
Why teams book it repeatedly
It gives people a reason to leave their desks and stand next to someone from another team, which is usually the real point of the morning. It also removes the mid-morning coffee-shop exodus without asking anyone to drink worse coffee.
Commercials
Staffed bookings start at £1,200 excluding VAT, staff at £28 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Standing arrangements are quoted as a block and invoiced together. Proposal back within 48 hours.
