Published rates
The £995 starting day rate is a baseline; final cart hire is quoted per booking, because a 60-guest office morning and a 900-guest exhibition stand are not the same job. Give us guests, hours, venue and date and you get a firm figure, not a range.

- European events: day rate as above, with travel quoted per event in your costed proposal
Confirm your package
Your proposal confirms equipment, baristas, drink allowance, cups, milks, branding, setup and removal. Do not assume all items are included in the starting rate.
